Yeah, I'm gonna attempt it again this year. With "Mouse and his pact with Lucy, also known as Stan, for the return of his opposable thumbs" - sure to annoy a variety of religions and cat lovers in one go. It's all in jest, don't hurt me.

But to get to 50k I have a feeling I'll need an incentive. Anyone got any ideas? It's my birthday early December anyway, so item rewards for myself are a bit useless, so I need something else.

Ideas win virtual lollipops.

Incentive.. Hrm... I can draw various scenes as you write them. Might that net you a few hundred words?

I screenshotted everything we said, then put it all on a word document. I found it a few months ago and immediately thought "NaNo!" so I'm doing some basics now.

Just written out the 9 rules of the Pact, working on the tasks themselves

I've done the ones we threw off each other, but I need 3 more.

And fancy drawing me a front cover?

I'm rubbish at cartoony sorta things - so something like a little white cat sitting in front of a massive devil like figure in a throne or something XD Very stylised. Hell, just surprise me! I'll send you a copy of Mouse when it's done then
