Letter on Sunday?

Sat Jun 20, 2009, 12:46 PM
  • Mood: Welcoming
  • Listening to: Eurovision Song Contest Album 2009
  • Reading: Wyrd Sisters - Terry Pratchett
  • Watching: Life on Mars Series 1
  • Playing: Mirror's Edge
  • Eating: Chinese Takeaway
  • Drinking: Seriously, do I have to tell you? Fizzy water!
I did my shoulder in Tuesday by doing accounts* all day Monday I think it was. Now it's pretty much back to normal except for the occasional twinge, so this week's Speed Draw Letter should be done tomorrow.

B... what will I do? Hmm... just have to wait and find out.

Stay tuned.

<3

* - Don't ask how I injured my shoulder doing accounts. As one person suggested, it was fighting them off with a ring binder, I think. In all actuality it's just using a calculator 8 hours straight because I misread a bank statement and the stationery store Staples are idiots.

Eurovision Song Contest?
THIS YEAR'S Eurovision Song Contest?
...

Are you punishing yourself for something?
Or is this like when your foot hurts and someone tells you to step on the other foot to take your mind off the first?

Hope your shoulder gets better :)

Actually, as weird as it sounds, I like it! There are some really cheesy, instantly recognisable Eurovision songs (Etcetera is one of them) but I quite like a few of the others. Dum Tek Tek is a good one... I like bubblegum pop, so it's kinda up my street :P

Aqua all the way.

I expect you listen to the "Numa Numa" song (Love from the linden tres) as well :XD:
Actually, that one's quite catchy.

Anyway, yeah, I'm not really a bubblegum pop person.
Rock pop, perhaps, I have a few "Busted" songs, but I was not a fan of "Barbie Girl" and "Doctor Jones".
Agree to disagree.

Haha, I was once in the Radio 1 chat room on a Sunday night (they used to do Sunday Surgery; unsure if they do it now) and they offered the chat room 2 choices of song. We ended up revolting and saying we wanted Dr Jones... The DJs got a bit annoyed at us >.<

And isn't Numa Numa a Romanian song? Never been overly keen on it, if it's the one I'm thinking of. I'm a Pop (Bubblegum or otherwise), Rock and Instrumental/Romantic/Classical (ie, soundtracks and such) sort of person. Romantic is things like the Lord of the Rings soundtrack; for some reason all sorts of soundtracks like that are classed as Romantic, from what I was told by my Music teacher...

I have a few "Now..." albums and listen to random tracks off those. More fun listening to an old album and finding a song you didn't like when you got it, but are quite keen on now!

Ah, you have a very wide range of music tastes.
:iconfaithful-jewel:
Yep. I prefer to keep an open mind to everything :P Gotta love Scooter Remixes! And a bit of Black Eyed Peas. Wow, I am weird... I'm going to bed now...

Okay. I should probably go myself, as I'm up at 7am.
